With a pencil trace or draw 28 shapes on your paper. Consider placing them randomly.
Go over your lines with a permanent pen.
Erase the pencil lines.
Now comes the fun part. Doodle some borders around the shape. Repeat patterns if you can't think of different ones for each shape, that's what I did!
Continue until all borders are complete. Feel free to copy mine.
Now add some inspirational words and phrases. Don't worry about overfilling. You'll add more later.
For the next 28 days fill in each shape with something you're grateful for. Soon you'll develop the gratitude habit! I'll add my finished pages after they're filled in.
