How to create a floral frame

Grab an old yard sale picture frame and a stamp/die set from Heartfelt. I used the Arianna Blooms Set.

Next using mix of Colorations spray completely cover several sheets of cardstock, once theses sheets are dry stamp and die cut your flowers out using Heartfelt's- Arianna Blooms set.

After I stamping and cutting a bunch of flowers using the Heartfelt Set, I used the tip of my paint brush to form and fluff my flowers.

After shaping all the flowers, begin layering and placing them around your frame. As you can see I added a bit of bling to my flowers to finish hem off.

After placing all the flowers I added a quick quote to my frame.
