We spent 2 1/2 hours at Joann's going through fabrics and craft supplies. Clearly we got a little crazy and needed a time-out.

This is the actual wallpaper at 221B. Even though you can't see them, there's a spray painted happy face and bullet holes on the wall.  Keep your theme in mind for material and embellishments!

Once you've got everything start cutting out your pattern pieces.

Organize your pieces according to the parts of the dress you'll be creating. Just follow the directions on the pattern.

Word of advice: take the time to separate and iron down the middle instead of folding over to one side. It won't look bulky underneath.

For accessories, she chose clip-on earrings, a necklace and bracelet. The address of the flat will the focus of the necklace. The bracelet has miniature items from her favorite episodes.
