Lay out the ribbon onto the coat hanger any way you desire.

Tape was easier for me to use, but you may use glue for a more refined look.

Finish gluing or taping the ribbon to the coat hanger.

Hang from a ribbon, add a photo and some earrings, and voila! You are done.
