WHAT IS A FAIRY RING? A fairy ring, also known as fairy circle, elf ring or pixie ring, is a naturally occurring ring or arc of mushrooms. Can a Crystal Fairy Ring be created during a lunar eclipse?
JUNK COLLECTOR: Collect crystal vases and bowls. I searched the garage and thrift shops. Set a price limit so you don't break the bank. My max was 99 cents.
GLUE: Using Gorilla Glue on clean bowls and vases, glue inverted bowl onto base of vase. Allow glue to dry.
LOCATION: Choose the perfect spot on your lawn where lots of fairies may stop by.
LIGHTS: Find a strand of green wire clear twinkle lights.
POWER: Coheres a loved one out of his favorite power tool extension cord.
SET UP: Bring your crystal mushrooms to the chosen site.
ARRANGE: Set up in a fairy pleasing arrangement. Lay out strand of lights, distributing evenly around ring.
GLOW: Stuff several lights into the mushroom stem (vase).
FINISHING TOUCH: Make sure everything is fairy perfect. Tuck lights between mushrooms deep into grass or cover with leaves.
LIGHT UP: Connect power. Wait patiently for moonrise.
....and if you happen to create your crystal fairy ring on the eve of a full moon lunar eclipse...the local fairies may come dancing on your lawn...
