How to create a cool manicure

Gather your supplies (yeah I know it's not a paper plate, I didn't have any)

Paint first nail fully white wait for it to dry.

Do this with a striper

Make diagonal lines like so.

Get a red striper. (everything is different, cuz I had to do it a different day)

Dip one end of bobby pin into orange nail polish.

Create dots

Repeat with blue (make sure you use the other end of the pin)

Make a puddle with black nail polish

Make black dots

Add a red stripe across the bottom.

Repeat on ring finger.

Add corresponding colors on other nails.

Wait until dry and add topcoat.
