I just used a rounded blending brush for all my shadow but you should use as many and whichever tools you find most effective and comfortable.

Adding depth, blend a deeper shade that still has bright color-I picked a dark royal blue-along the tape, tapering up to the brow to begin the cateye shape, and along the outer edge of the lash line.

Now, blending with the deep blue on the upper outer eye and add more dimension, add a shade slightly deeper than the liner (shimmery camo green) over it at the outer corner of the lower lash line.

Remove the tape-don't worry if edge isn't perfect, because you'll line over it. As seen on left, lower lash line may be sloppy, so clean that edge by blending out with a brush or w/qtip and Vaseline.

Liner time! Create winged tip first by lining along the clean shadow's edge, taper the liner to a point. Then from its thickest point @ the eye's edge, to the inner corner of the eye, tapering also.

Apply shimmery, light, peachy blush to upper inner corners of the cheeks blending into the darker blush. This catches the light and highlights cheek bones, defining your face and making you glow.

Finish with a lip that pops and shines! The multidimensional look of the covergirl flip stick is great. Use a lip liner for extended wear in the sun. Line lips with the deeper of the two colors.

Fill in the center of the lips with the lighter, shimmering shade for a full, bright, bold look. Top with a shimmering or clear gloss to up the ante-with this look I'd pick a shimmering gold gloss.

The finished look! Bright, bold, and ready to party! Sexy and polished, but if you prime, it's also beach prepared and appropriate too, because it's so playful. Hope you enjoyed it!
