Fry 1 Onion then add 2 Gloves of Garlic & 3 centimeter piece of Ginger
1 Teaspoon of, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander & All Spice
2 Chopped Green Chillies
Add 2 whole butternut cut into pieces
Add 1 Tin of Coconut Milk with 500Ml of Vegetable Stock
Green Beans to be added
Added 5 Chicken Fillets and cook for 45 minutes or until the butternut is soft.
Finally add 1 tin of chickpeas
Serve with roasted Cashew Nut's & Fresh Coriander
