INGREDIENTS
First spray your work surface with oil spray so the dough won't stick
Divide your dough into 4 equal parts
Now divide 1 of the dough portions into 6 equal parts
Roll each of the 6 parts out, lay them next to each other and pinch the top tightly together
Start by taking the left outermost strand and cross it all the way to the right, take the right outermost one and cross it all the way to the left
Then take the right outermost strand and place it in the middle of the 4 innermost stands
Then take the 2nd outermost strand from the left and cross it all the way to the right
Take the left outer strand and cross it to the middle of the 4 innermost strands
Take the strand that is 2nd from the right and cross it all the way to the left
Take the outermost on the right and place it in the middle if the 4 inner strands, then go back to step 7 and keep repeating the steps until the dough is finished.
Pinch the ends together at the bottom
Brush with beaten egg and let rise for a half hour
Bake for approximately a half hour
