How to create

Mix Younique's eye shadow pigments with a tiny bit of water or just barely dip your sponge applicator in water and mix with the pigments for vibrant and smooth color

Use the sponge applicators to apply the pigments by dabbing it over the fish net hose

Use cosmetic glue to apply the glitter

Cover the section of your face that you want to look like scales with the fish net hose

Begin applying the pigment by dabbing a color onto one section

Continue the process with another color onto the next section by overlapping the end of the previous section

Continue with the next pigment color

Add a darker pigment shade to the cheek bone area to enhance the look

Finish up by filling in the last section

Remove the fish net hose to reveal the scales

Add glitter to various sections with cosmetic glue

Fill in the eye area using the same pigment colors mixed with a (small) touch of water
