How to couching stitch

Threaded needle, second color of thread, fabric.

Lay out second color.

Pull up needle from back.

Pull yarn all the way through.

Go down on the other side of your second color.

Pull yarn all the way through.

Start a second stitch from the back.

Go down on the other side of your second color.

Pull yarn all the way through.

Come up from the back.

Go down on the other side.

Pull yarn all the way through.

Continue until you are done.
