Butter with sugar. Add eggs and mix well.
1)In the sour cream add milk stir well 2)sour cream add in the dough 3)add flour and baking powder and mix all
1)Divide dough into two parts,2)one of them, add cocoa and mix well.
Baking sheet greased with butter
Place in a preheated 350 F oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Bake 2 parts
Cream: Whip sour cream with sugar, milk and vanilla
the first part cake is put on a plate and pour cream
Cover with second cake.
To cook the glaze, in a saucepan melt the butter, add milk, sugar, cocoa, bring to a boil and simmer until the mixture begins to thicken slightly.
cake pour glaze onto the center. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, very gently smooth the glaze along the top and sides of the cake. put in refrigerator for 15 minutes

- Glaze:
- Butter 4oz(100g)
- Milk 5tbsp
- Sugar 6tbsp
- Cocoa 5tbsp
