INGREDIENTS
Get all of your ingredients out and ready. Also get out your utensils.
Have these things ready: Two pans, strainer, a bowl, spatula, can opener and a knife.
Take out your chicken breast's and cut them. Start heating a large pan. Add sesame oil, teriyaki marinade and sesame seeds. Then add your chicken. Also add salt and pepper. Cook until light brown.
While you wait, grab your can opener and open all your veggies.
Put all of your veggies into the strainer except for your peas and carrots. Those are going to be steamed.
Rinse them out. Get another pan of oil heating. Once it's heated throw your veggies on there. Heat water on another pan for the peas and carrots. Cover them.
Fry until golden.
Add teriyaki marinade to each pan. Or soy sauce.
Steam your rice. I decided to cook mine in the microwave so it was still slightly crisp. Again heat a pan of sesame oil. Add the rice and then fry it for 10 minutes. Add more sauce if you want.
I decided to get some spring rolls. You can pop some in the oven at this time.
Add your veggies and chicken.
Stir, and fry.
Set out your food and add Chinese noodles to the top. Enjoy!

- 1.0c Sliced water chestnuts
- 1.0 Baby corn
- 1.0bnch Bean sprouts
- 1.0c Spinach
- 2.0 Chicken breast
- 3.0c White rice
- Sesame seeds
- Teriyaki marinade
- Sesame oil or peanut oil
