Mix together and place everything in a oven tray (for more depth of flavour season and then leave in the fridge overnight)\ud83d\ude1b\ud83d\ude1b

Once the chicken is in the tray smother them in as much nandos sauce as u like I used about 4/5 tablespoons, make sure all the thighs are covered  \ud83d\ude0d\ud83d\ude0d put in the oven for 30 mins x

Meanwhile wash your potatoes and keep you're olive oil and salt out \ud83d\ude00

Turn the kettle on and chop up the potatoes. I leave the skin on because it's yummy but you don't have to \ud83d\ude09\ud83d\ude09

Boil the potatoes for around 20 mins until there nice and soft...  I did it in the rice cooker but u can use a pot\ud83d\ude0c

place in another oven tray add a little bit of salt and a nice dose of olive oil so they get really crispy. Then put in the oven for 15 mins the chicken and potato should finish at the same time \ud83d\udd53\ud83d\udd53

  • Carribbean everyday seasoning
  • Hot pepper sauce
  • NANDOS medium marinade
  • Olive oil
  • 4 large white potatoes
  • Salt
