Cook Whole Chickens in the A/S Vector F Series

Remove jet plate from the oven. Notice the air vent slot is open in the back of the oven.
On the outside of the oven, adjust the lever position down to close airflow and open the probe cooking chamber.
Now, the air vent slot will be visually closed in the back of the oven if lever is positioned down.
Preheat probe chamber to 425F (220C) or start in a double chamber set point of 425F (220C).
Prepare 6x whole chickens to cook.
Grease the CTP combi chicken rack.
Once seasoned and lightly oiled, place chickens onto the rack (wings and legs tucked) with a sheet tray underneath.
Once preheated, insert the probe inside the oven.
Probe the chicken breast and place into the oven.
Selecting chicken procedure will have a verification screen for the probe.
Run the chicken procedure at 375F (190C)- probe 170F (75C), 75% fan. Internal probe temp will be shown at the top of the screen.
Time it took to get to 170F (75C) internal.
Remove the chickens from the oven.
