Carrot chopped

Chopped cauliflower

Chopped cabbage

Chopped French beans

Chopped ginger

Chopped garlic

Chopped green chilli

Refined flour

Corn flour

Boil the ingredients

Boil for 5 min

After boiling it looks like this... Cool it down for couple if minutes...

Then add a pinch of salt, 1.5 cup of refined flour, chopped green chilli and corn flour to the mixture and make it as a batter

Then make small balls with the mixture

Heat the pan and pour oil in it...

Then half deep fry the veg balls..

Half deep fry veg balls...now cool it down for couple of minutes..

Then deep fry the veg balls again, so that it will take less oil...

After deep fry the veg balls look like this...

Then for garnishing sauce take a pan heat the oil...

Then add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar...

Then add deep fried veg balls to the garnishing sauce ...

Mix the veg balls with garnishing sauce for couple of minutes..

Now that's it Veggie Manchuria is ready!!! Really mouth watering dish!!! :))
- 1/2Tbsp Refined flour
- 1.0Tbsp Corn flour
- 1.0c Finely chopped cauliflower
- 1.0c Chopped cabbage
- 1.0c French beans chopped
- 1.0tsp MSG
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Chopped ginger
- 1.0tsp Chopped garlic
- 1.0tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.0Tbsp Red chilli sauce
- 1/2tsp Soya sauce
- 1.0tsp Vinegar
- 2.0 Onions Chopped
- 1.0 Carrot
- 2.0 Green chillies
