Then add the chopped vegetables in it..

Then cook for atleast 5 min in medium...

Now take 400 gms of rice..

Pour water if 800 mgs for 400 gms of rice...

Then add the cooked mixture to it...

Then cook the mixture for atleast 20-25 min... For rice it will set automatically... Approximately it would be 25 min.

Now that's it!!! After cooking for 20-25 min the vegetarian pulav is ready... Very famous dish in Southern part of India... :)))
