crush the garlic cloves
chop the onion in small pieces
cook the onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add water to avoid stickiness
mix the onion and garlic with the chopped aubergine into a hot pan
In a mug, mix the tomato puree with the vegetable cube
Fill half the mug with hot water and stir
Add the tomato sauce to the aubergine and let it cook for about 8 minutes until the sauce is thickened and absorbed
Line up of delicious Mediterranean spices (left to right): coriander, allspice (aka 7 spices), ground ginger, ground black pepper, salt
Add the spices to the aubergine and mix. Chop the tomato in there too. Leave to simmer for another 4 minutes until aubergine is soft
Ready to eat!
