INGREDIENTS
Grate the halloumi, slice the cherry tomatoes, mushroom, onion and sausage.๐ (Sorry about the wine and rice Cooker lol๐)
Whisk both your eggs in a seperate bowl and add a small amount of salt and pepper.๐ฅ
Pre-heat your wok to a moderate temperature (I use a wok because my mum only has big pans and then my omelettes come out really thin lol) and add a touch of the olive oil.๐๐ฅ
Pour your whisked egg into the pan once the oil is hot.๐ณ
Place the halloumi, tomatoes, mushroom, sausage and onion on top once the egg starts to harden. Cook like this for 5 more minutes.๐๐
Meanwhile, cut ur bagel and butter it.๐ฌ
Then flip your omelette in 1/2(mines ripped๐พ) Cook like this for a couple of mins.
Then plate up, it looks different because I flipped it again lol๐
