Cut every thing up and preheat oven to 350

Throw everything into a bowel and mix

Have a raw protein shake while waiting

Have a raw protein shake while waiting

Put mix into a nicely oiled bell pepper and pop into the oven for 20 min. Longer if you like your pepper softer

When done, plate and serve :-)
