Prick and oil your baking potatoes and put in the oven at 200c for 1 and a half hours until they are cooked

Then take the potatoes out of the oven and cut in half lengthways

Scoop out the middles of the potatoes and add into a bowl

Add in the crispy fried bacon to the mixture and stir it through with a spoon

Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins and put some grated cheese on top, then pop them back in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden on top! Enjoy!
