Super delisious good family meal. Everybodys favorite. And moms recipe is always best! This is what you comeback home for. But first you need the ingredients.
Minced meat, about 700g.
An egg.
A couple of onions.
Just about 0,5dl of milk.
Some all purpose flour.
Salt and pepper.
Chop the onions. Put everything in a bowl. Hold the flour. Just add a little bit at a time, to make the right thickness.
Stir. Add some more flour if its to runny, but half a cup should be enough.
This is what you are looking for.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat, use butter not oil.
Use a table spoon and shape your dough into small balls, something around the size of a golf ball.
Put them in the pan, gently press them just a little flat on each side. They should not roll.
Turn when they look like this. Remember to use only medium to low heat.
When done, put them in a caseroll of brown sauce (anothe tutorial). Cook for 30min more.
Serve. These are traditionally served with boiled potatoes and carrots. Fresh green pees on the side. Mashed potatoes is also a hit!
