How to cook tortilla de patatas

Peel the potatoes and wash with water

Cut them into slides

Add to the hot oil

Fry until they become soft. Add the onion

Mix them with the eggs and salt

Put back to fire with a little oil

Lower fire and wait for 2 minutes

Cover and turn

Put back to fire on the other side

And here it is!!!
