Heat butter in a pan add cumin seeds, green chilli, onions and some salt

Once onions are soft add chopped tomatoes and sauté for around 3 mins

Once they are all mashed up like this add already cooked rice and stir it well

Mix well and make sure there are no lumps of rice. Generously add salt and cook for 4-5 mins
Serve it on a plate and enjoy the meal. Sorry for not taking the last pic it turned out so yummy that I ate it and later realized that I forgot to take the pic of it on the plate ... Lol
