Wash, cut zucchini and squash into slices
I don't remove the skin, as it contains vitamins
Wash tomatoes and onions
Cut into slices
Pre heat the oven to 360f
Prepare garlic fresh or dry, with olive oil
Add salt and black pepper
Get the veggies slices
Put a little bit if olive oil in the bottom of a oven dish
Put all veggies slices .. Up to u how u organize them... I go one line zuchini, one line squash.. And put tomatoes and onions in between
Add herbes de provence
Add olive oil and garlic, put in the pre heated oven for 1h
Et voila!
