How to cook the the ultimate steak baguette
This is a baguette that packs a punch filled with steak, rocket leaves and mushrooms, topped off with American style mustard. Big flavours for a big baguette 🍴

Ingredients I used
Heat up a griddle pan or frypan with oil in it, whilst its heating, roughly chop your red onion and quarter or half mushrooms . And put your oven on mid temp to pre-heat....
Get your bunch of rocket, half it and roughly chop one of the halfs drizzle both halfs in balsamic dressing and season with salt and pepper
Get your baguette and slice it right down the middle, not all the way through your making it into a sub type sandwich. spread it out a little so it can take the fillings.. I used a cheese topped one
Start searing your steak in your nice hot pan
After one side is done turn it over add mushrooms onion to the pan and a good layer of cheese over steak.... Mmmm then put your baguette in the oven on a tray
More cheese....? Why not :0)
Add your mushrooms and onions then a layer of your chopped rocket to the baguette....
Chop up your lovely cheesy steak...
Stuff in your wonderful cheesy steak mess and drizzle the American mustard all over that baby! Mmmm
For an authentic rustic look, Serve it on a wooden chopping board next to your rocket leftovers, which you could garnish with cherry tomatoes like I done. Enjoy! :0)
