Buy a very good italian Cotechino cotto
Boil water in a pot and put the cotechino ,still wrapped in the silver paper, into the water and let it boil for 15 minutes
When ready take it away from the silver paper but first make a little hole in the paper in order to remove the jelly broth. Cut it like in the picture and warm up the grill!
Finally the grill! This will remove the fat and keep the great cotechino taste!
