Cook the Best Roasted Cauliflower You'll Ever Eat!

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Wash and clean the cauliflower.
Ain't that pretty? Yep, we grew it ourselves in our mondo backyard garden.
Wished I had a bulb of fresh garlic, but I forgot to pick one up so this is just fine (but oven roasted garlic gives an excellent flavor too).
Chop cauliflower into small pieces.
Be sure to remove large stems.
Cut large florets into smaller ones.
Melt coconut oil in microwave. (Olive oil can be substituted but coconut oil just has that superb flavor!)
Melted oil.
Again break larger florets into smaller pieces to ensure you have small semi uniform pieces.
This allows for evenly roasted pieces.
Pour oil in and stir to evenly coat.
Add garlic.
And mix evenly together.
This can all be done in a 1 gallon zipper bag instead of a bowl. Just shake instead of stir.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Oh I had a little broccoli from the garden as a last minute addition.
Place into a baking stone or cooking sheet.
Wash rosemary.
Remove from stem.
Sprinkle evenly over the cauliflower.
Sea salt or kosher salt and pepper to taste.
Looks yummo already.
Place in oven at 400 degrees for 30-45 mins or until golden brown.
Golden brown gives the best flavor.
Remove from oven and .....
ENJOY!
