soak the rice in water for about 30 min
filter the water and clean the rice under running water
boil the water, oil & salt without the rice
add the rice and boil again
stir
cover the pot with a clean towel
close the pot's cap and fold the towel so it won't get burned
cook for 17 min under low flame
wait for 5 min before opening the pot
serve the best separated rice
