All ingredients u need
Cut round eggplants to small pieces
Low heat the stove put coconut milk in to the pot
Wait until coconut milk starting heat and u can smell it then put green curry paste
Mixed curry paste and coconut milk together until smooth
Add your meat , u can use beef, prawns, fish depend on what u like. Today I use chicken nibbles instead. Then stir them until cooked
Add the finger root if u don't have them just pass this step
Add fish sauce and taste it
After curry is cooked then add your eggplants , basil , chili Mixed then together turn off the stove
Now ready to eat u can have with rice or with rice vermicelli
- 400.0ml Coconut milk
- 1.0Tbsp Green curry paste
- 5.0 Round Eggplants
- 25.0 Pea eggplants (option)
- Sweet basil
- 2.0 Big red chili
- Finger root (option)
- 500.0g Chicken
- 400.0ml Water
