Gather ingredients
Brown onion and garlic in the sesame seed oil on medium heat. Set aside.
Scramble the eggs until cooked.
Once eggs are cooked, re-add onion and add chicken.
Turn heat up to med-high and cook until chicken is cooked.
Add noodles and stir into dish.
Add soy sauce and sugar and mix in. Turn heat down to medium.
Add selection of vegies and stir. Add water and mix altogether.
Mix until completely combined.
Add Lime to taste.
