INGREDIENTS
Set burner on high
Place frozen chicken portions in large pan so they can begin to defrost and break apart
Place lid on pan to keep in the steam
Keep flipping the chicken and replacing the lid so that it cooks evenly
Once the juices begins to simmer/boil and most of the red color goes away get a cutting board and small bowl ready
Turn the burner off
Move portions onto cutting board one at a time. Slice them into halves and cut the halves into smaller pieces
Place the cut pieces into a small bowl
Rinse out the juices of the empty pan
Turn the burner back on high and heat up empty pan to finish cooking
Start cooking the cut pieces until they begin to slightly brown on the outside. No lid needed. MAKE SURE ALL THE RED IS GONE
Turn the stove off
Choose the teriyaki sauce you'd like to use. Kikkoman is my favorite
Drizzle the teriyaki sauce on to the meat and stir evenly
Add more sauce according to taste
