Clean, rinse and drain the chicken wings.
Mix premium soy sauce with water.
Marinate with rock sugar.
Put marinating sauce together with rock sugar into a pot and bring to a boil.
Gently add the chicken wings into sauce. Flip over occasionally for even coating.
