Prepare the ingredients.
Cut the sweet potato into bite size.
Remove the ginger skin and smash it. Leave it in big chunks. You not gonna eat it ;)
Boil water.
Add the gingers and sweet potatoes in and leave it to boil in high heat.
Once it simmer, set to low heat.
And cover it with a lid partially. Boil until sweet potatoes are soft.
When the potatoes are soft, add in rock sugar and turn into high heat until all sugar melt.
And ready to serve. Enjoy! 😍
Benefit: Is a great dessert especially for children. Help warm up the body in cold winter. High source of beta-carotene.
Precaution: Too much ginger makes the soup spicy which children do not like it.
