Choose the pumpkins that are small and sweet. Wash it carefully because we want the skin on.
Cut it and take out the seeds.
Cut it into small pieces to save time and energy^. You can skip it if you are too lazy. Steam it for 10 minutes or till the meat is tender. Test it with a fork. Don't boil it.
Put half in a blender. Add some warm water and blend it. Then put the other half and just blend for a little bit cuz you want the lumps of meat in it.
Get 6 table spoons of sticky rice flour, add water and stir till smooth.
Add the pumpkin purée and turn the heat to low-medium. Add the rice mixture spoon by spoon and keep stirring. Add water or more rice mixture to your desired consistency.
Add cream if you like~ it can be served as a warm/ cool appetizer. I like it really cold and eat as a summer dessert. It so healthy and yummy!

- Sticky rice or glutinous rice flour
