How to cook sweet fajitas
Great and easy way to cook Mexican fajitas with a little sweet twist I gave to it

Here you have all the ingredients
Lets start by preparing te marinade
Grate the orange peel. This will add flavor and a great aroma
Add lime peel
Looks nice and tasty ;)
Add the juice of the orange and the lime
Don't waste the rest. it's great with some chilli powder. You will use the peel later.
Chop the parsley. Add it to the juice. Save some for decoration
Smash the garlic. A tip for the garlic: cut it in half and remove the heart. It's less bitter
Add: the oregano, cinnamon, vinegar, chili powder, salt and pepper, clove, sugar, and at the end 1/4 of olive oil. Set aside.
Make strips out of the chicken breast
Put the chicken breast in a bag and add the marinade. Mix well.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 min. Up to 5 hours. The most the better
Chop the onion
Here comes the crying part...
Remove the seeds of the bell peppers and cut in slices
Now is the turn for Mr. Jalapeño!!!
You can miss this step if you like. Otherwise I suggest you remove the seeds and the veins to reduce hotness
Don't forget to wash your hands after touching the jalapeño
Cut the tomato in dices and the orange peel as seen
Add some chili. I like this one. It's not spicy.
Don't forget the tortillas.
