My supplies (check the list!)
Brown your meat and put in your crock pot. If you don't have one, I'm sure you could just make it on the stove but keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
Chop 1/2 your onion...
Add to meat and start adding the tomatoes
Heat your rice as directed...90 sec
Add it to the tomatoes, sauce, bell peppers
Add your onion soup
I like to add two cups of water at this point and stir it up
Next add all of these babies...
My chopped one inch sized bell peppers
Mix everything in there as you add it so its blended well
And I finish with the last two cups of water and stir that till its well mixed. Cook on low for 8hrs or high for 4hrs depending on what works for you ;) I stir mine occasionally so it's mixed good.
