Cut aubergine in half and throw that bread in the toaster

Hollow out the aubergine, keeping the pulp, and throw it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200'C

Cut up the pulp and break the toast into the mix

Add your tomatoes (not many) and seasoning of choice

Once the aubergine is cooked, fill it with your mix and put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes

Cook your beans in microwave or on hob (I used microwave because I'm lazy and only have 5 minutes before the aubergine is ready)
