Method : • In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add garlic, sesame seeds and onion. Cook for 2 mins. • Add the rest of stir fry vegetable and cook for 3 mins.

• later add tofu, quinoa, soy sauce, hot and sweet sauce and salt. Keep stirring. Cook for another minute or so. • serve hot with sprinkled green onions.

TIP on how to cook quinoa :-take 1/2 cup quinoa mix with one cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 10min. Reduce heat and cook until water is absorbed(15mins).
