Prepare the ingridients (tap the photo to view in Landscape)
Put the sesame seeds in a pan and roast it in low heat.
Should have something like this. Set aside.
Now on the same sauce pan, put in the mirin and heat for a few seconds to reduce the alcohol.
Should have something like this. Set aside to cool down.
Combine the chopped onion and garlic into the pan. Saute for a bit.
Add the soy sauce and allow to boil.
Combine the mixture together with the mirin.
Then add the sesame oil.
The sugar
And the roasted sesame seeds.
Stir well until the sugar is dissoled. You can reduce the sesame seeds if you think it's too much. Set aside.
On a frying pan, we now proceed to stir fry the beef... As it was sliced thinly, allow around 2 minutes on each side. (Sorry for the blurry photo)
Then saute the onions until translucent.
Add in the Yakiniku sauce.
Allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Topped on rice. And there you have it... Stir-fry beef with Yakiniku sauce. Enjoy!👌😋👍
