  • 750.0g Seasonal fruit such as rhubarb, plums, apricots,
  • peaches, nectarines, strawberries or pears
  • (I used nectarines)
  • Caster sugar to taste

  • 110.0g Butter
  • 75.0g Sugar, preferably light brown or golden caster sugar

  • 1/2cm Piece of fresh ginger (only of using rhubarb!!)
