My ingredients
Mix all your season together (use your hands so all the season absorbed into the meat)
Save the season juice add your onion mix into the juice (set aside)
Get your pot ready a nice deep pot is good heat up the pot I use olive oil cause I just love cooking with it makes the food taste better (my opinion )
After your pot is nice and hot place all your turkey in at once until its nice and brown
After its brown about 20 min then start pouring in your juice mix with the onion
Let it simmer for about 35-45 min move it around a bit so the top goes to the bottom n so forth
The end your turkey should be ready when the meet is falling off the bones
