snapper, scaled and gutted
ginger
cut into strips
spring onions
washed and chopped
set fish on aluminum foil
rub salt inside and out. season with pepper
stuff ginger and onions. add to outside as well
sprinkle 2-3 tbsp. sesame oil
season with Kikkoman sauce
finished stuffing and seasoning, wrap with aluminum foil
place inside steamer, use dish to catch drippings
steam for 30-45 mins depending on size
serve hot!
