How to cook steamed fish
Steaming fish dates back in the Asian countries. I feel like this is the healthiest way to cook a fish. It's simple, easy, and delicious! Easy dinner and healthy. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Tilapia fish
Tilapia fish cleaned at the market
Chop 4-6 thin slices of ginger
Slice green onions
Put green onions into the fish as well
Put a pinch of salt inside the fish
Put garlic slices into the fish
Add extra green onion and ginger and salt on top of the fish
Prepare the wok or steamer with 2-3 cups of water(depends on how big the container as well) and put a little metal holder so your dish does not sit in the water. Then Place lid on top.
IMPORTANT : Wait until the water in the wok or steamer boils before putting the fish in
Put fish into the wok or steamer once the water is boiled
After 10 or so minutes. Remove fish. A key part is to look if the eye has popped out.
The eye of the fish is popped, then it's ready!
Add extra chopped green onions on fish
Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot, wait until it gets heated up.
Put chopped up garlic and ginger into the pot
