INGREDIENTS
First use the meat mallet to beat the meat on both sides so it is ready to go on the pan
Then oil the pan and put the meat on for 3-5 minutes on each side
Get the cherry tomatoes fennel capsicum and celery ready to cut with the apple cider vinegar ready to dress it
With a knife start to cut the celery sticks into little pieces the cherry tomatoes in half and the capsicum into strips
Put the meat on the pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on each side
While the meat is cooking put all the salad ingredients into one bowl and put half to one cup of apple cider vinegar on top and then mix it all together
When the meal has been cooked for 3-5 minutes and the salad has been dressed you can serve it up onto a plate and enjoy the nutritious meal you have just created
