INGREDIENTS
Small onion 100g
If you want add some chilli 50g
Eggplant 500g . Wash and cut like this ....add some turmeric and mix well
Coconut vinegar 4 table spoon
2 Cinnamon stick , garlic 4 or 5 , ginger
2 Cinnamon stick , garlic 4 or 5 , ginger , all chopped and we need whole cloves 3 ,3 cardamon
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
We need to fry eggplant in deep fry ...oil heat
Add cut eggplant
Get it out like this golden colour
Best Get clay pot .. Add some oil ...next add onion .keep 3 or 4 minuets .
Again keep hot clay pot and add some oil again ..put in to spice and keep 3 min
Here we done !
Now again keep clay post to hot and add some coconut vinegar
Put some salt
Add one table spoon sugar
Add all other ingredient (cinnamon , garlic , Geiger and others) ,paprika
Then put all anion,spice,eggplant ..mix well.keep for cool and dry... Next put it all bottle
