Chop the onions
In a large mixing bowl,combine beaten eggs, milk, half of cheese and herbs you want to add. Mix it all together.
First sauté the onions. It can take about 10 minutes at the most for the onions to get nicely browned. Second,add spinach to the onions and fry them together. Can add some salt and spices if you want.
Cook it, stirring, until spinach is wilted.
Add rice ito a greased baking dish.
Pour into eggs with milk, add spinach and onions. Add salt and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until set in the middle. (Test with fork.) Healthy and light dinner is ready! Bon appetit!
- 10.0oz Fresh spinach leaves
- 3.0c Cooked rice
- 1.0c Onion
- 150.0ml Milk
- 50.0g Shredded cheese
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 2.0 Eggs, beaten
- Pepper,parsley to your taste
