Dunno what to do with the left over shabu shabu pork therefore used them for my soup to replace the usual pork ribs today! 😉
Bring 8cups of water to boil, add in pork shabu shabu. Let it boil & remove scrum from the soup.
Chop tomatoes into halves.
Chop potatoes & carrots into pieces.
Add in carrots & potatoes to the boiling soup.
Followed by chilipadi & sour plum. Sour plum is the best combination with chilipadi.
When the potatoes & carrots soften, add in the tomatoes. Turn down the fire & let it slow cook for an hour.
Salt & pepper before serving!

- 3.0 Chilipadi
- 4.0 Sour plum
