Cut Spam into cubes about 1/2 x 1/2 inch in size.
Saute garlic and then add chopped onions.
Add your cubed Spam. Mix for one minute.
Add the mixed vegetables.
Add the half cup of water and let it simmer.
Voilà you have your spam with mixed vegetables.
