Ingredients (refer to supplies list)
Add oil and spam to pan. Sauté until spam is browned. (or use any leftover meat you may have)
Add rice. (if you use fresh made rice, cook the rice with a little less water so it is more dry)
Add Maggi seasoning. (or soy sauce, Maggi is yummy!)
Add peas and carrots. (feel free to add any other veggies)
Add egg. (I added 2 eggs because I like mine with a lot of egg :))
Pepper to taste and garnish with cilantro. Easy peasy in less than 15 minutes!
